Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Due to hygiene and contamination control requirements, used or opened products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used cleanroom wipes or garments
Products not in original condition or packaging
Customized or bulk-made orders
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at ecommerce@toffux.com within 48 hours of delivery
Provide:
Order ID
Description of the issue
Clear photos/videos of the product
Our team will review and approve the request within 2–3 business days
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
Approved returns after inspection
Orders cancelled before dispatch
Non-delivery due to our logistics failure
Refund Timeline
Processed within 5–10 business days after approval
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
International Orders:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Report within 48 hours
We will offer:
Replacement (preferred)
Or full/partial refund, depending on the case
8. International Returns
For international customers:
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items
Customer is responsible for return shipping and customs (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed after product inspection
